RafiQ Salleh

Creative Strategist

RafiQ was born and raised in Singapore. His international adventures began twelve years ago when he was offered to move to Dallas. From there he was offered a job in Advertising, where he worked for eight years. He rose to creative director on accounts such as American Airlines, FedEX Kinkos, and Verizon.

It is the pinnacle of RafiQ’s 10+ years as a successful businessman and entrepreneur where BrandLOFT came to fruition. A “marketeer” at heart with strong core competencies in strategic analysis, branding and advertising, his unique and extremely diversified industry experience makes him the ideal professional to lead BrandLOFT. With strong foundations in Visual Communications and a sharp design aptitude, RafiQ has applied a creative approach to brand strategy since the year 2000. His work has won numerous awards. And if that wasn’t enough, he is also an accomplished artist whose paintings have been exhibited to much acclaim in his own living room.

Angelica Sibrian

Creative Strategist

Extensive experience in print and packaging, Angelica stands out thanks to her sense of design, her creativity and her meticulousness. With 10+ years of experience behind her, a commitment to visual solutions that exceed expectations to both, us and the clients, is key to Angelica's approach to the work of BrandLOFT. She has worked on accounts such as Sony Electronics, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Whirlpool. She has always spent time traveling. She has traveled throughout the United States, Central America and Asia. Now, her feet once again are starting to itch. Despite having seen Dallas overrun each October by masses of very ‘friendly’ Indians, she has decided that India is still somewhere she wants to visit. When not attempting to explain her country-folks’ strange culinary traditions to her peers, she can be found at the Asian Club drinking wine (huh?), or shopping at Costco (don’t ask).

Dat Mai

Creative Strategist

Dat was born in Vietnam, a ridiculously short time ago. He grew up on California's Sunshine Coast before moving to Dallas. He spent a year 'paying his dues' freelancing at ad agencies before being discovered by BrandLOFT. Dat needs to work to support his photography and Sour Patch habit. When not doing designery-type things, he explores places for cool photography shots. In early 2008 Dat decided a change of scenery was needed and he headed southwest. He now finds himself residing in suburbia with an entire population that is less than that of his hometown. Nowadays he spends most of his spare time undergoing intensive treatment for culture shock and passionately trying to get a bunch of white folks to understand that Pho is pronouced FA!

Mary Guerrero

Creative Ambassador

Mary started her professional career in Seattle, managing one of the largest casual dining restaurant company in the world. Working over a decade at Darden Restaurants Inc., she shortly realize that it was not her calling. After much reflection, Mary decided to redirect her career path back towards her first love and true passion – People & Marketing. As an ambassador for BrandLOFT, she now has the opportunity to apply her strong managerial skills to the “art” of Client Relationship Management. Her complete skill set is fully utilized by integrating her proficiencies in best practices and business strategy into the creative process thus providing our clients with a total communications solution that delivers high-performance results. When she is not making sure that everything is running smoothly, she spends time downloading free apps on her iPhone or skype chat with her son in Germany. And she likes jalapeños.

Cannon Flowers

Creative Catalyst

Cannon's academic experience is diverse. Prior to joining BrandLOFT he worked at a global Fortune 500 Company for 23 years as an International Finance Controller. His professional career has been as varied as his academic background – applying a "for-profit" business model to a Care Based Organization (CBO), with management through performance metrics. A graduate of the Harvard Executive Education Program in Performance Measurement for Effective Management of Nonprofit Organizations at the JFK School of Government. Cannon brings to BrandLOFT his skills in strategic planning, marketing, communications, facilitation, stakeholder management, process improvement, events management and cooking.

He lives with his cat, dog, (and husband) in Downtown Dallas where it is always happening. Cannon enjoys nothing more than NPR (National Public Radio) on the stereo, or watching horror movies.
